• I help build your caseload steadily, and then once you graduate, you get to take your caseload with you wherever you want to go

• If you want to start your own private practice after you graduate, I’d be honored to be your post-grad supervisor for consistent clinical supervision while adding an element of business mentorship as you transfer and maintain your caseload after internship

My Supervision Style

Interns who vibe with my expertise are usually those who want guidance working with relationships (couples & adult families), developmental trauma (complex PTSD), ADHD, Autism, and/or men. I do work with other populations, of course, however these are where my specializations live. And, as much as I know a variety of lenses to work from, my main mastery has been focused on EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), SE (Somatic Experiencing), and Humanistic, Poly-Vagal, and Systems Theories.

Navigating “Your Way” of Therapy

Learning how to become an effective and ethical therapist is not all about copying the theories, clinicians, and supervisors that inspire you. A huge element of being a great clinician actually comes from finding out who you are and becoming confident in your way of doing therapy. I’m excited to help you become the therapist you’re striving to be, and to do so, we’ll build a safe and trusted environment for you to navigate the newness and authenticity of this all.

Business Mentorship

An aspect of our graduate education and training that is usually missing is the business side of things. Before becoming a therapist, my first career was managing highly successful hotels and small businesses. I transferred those skills to building a thriving private practice, and I want to support you in your passion to become your own boss, if that is something that interests you after graduation.

During your internship, I operate my site as a self-pay, private practice incubator. I handle the back-end administrative infrastructure, marketing, and overhead so you can focus entirely on clinical safety and skill building. If you work with me for post-grad licensure supervision, I can show you behind the scenes as we seamlessly transition your caseload into your own independent entity as I help guide you through building that business. If not, you can take your caseload with you and have the freedom to find supervision that makes sense for you at that time.
