Position Title: Renovation, Marketing, and Property Coordinator

Location: 1127 E. 16th Ave, Denver, CO 80218 (Mostly On-Site, Some Store Pick Ups, Meetings with Local Businesses, and Virtual Tasks)
Position Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week, Flexible Schedule)
Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 / hour (Non-Exempt)
Job Overview: Stitch in Time: Relationship & Trauma Counseling is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Renovation, Marketing, and Property Coordinator to help launch and manage "Uptown Therapy House"—a newly acquired 7-room historic mansion in Uptown Denver being converted into a premier workspace collective for mental health professionals. This multi-faceted role combines project coordination, local and digital marketing, community outreach, and property operations. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the efforts to create this new, warm, supportive, and vibrant space from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Renovation & Project Coordination
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during property updates.
Monitor vendor timelines, quality of work, and project milestones to ensure timely project completion.
Assist with logistics related to furniture delivery, setup, and aesthetic details to ensure the property is move-in ready.
2. Marketing, Leasing & Community Outreach
Tenant Recruitment: Market full-time and part-time office suites to licensed mental health professionals and wellness practitioners to achieve full occupancy.
Digital & Social Media Content: Launch and manage active social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to showcase the building's aesthetic, community, and available amenities.
Grassroots Community Engagement: Distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures) to local businesses and coffee shops in the Uptown/Denver area.
Network & Referral Building: Engage in local professional listservs, participate in online communities, and arrange face-to-face networking meetings with local clinicians and wellness collectives to establish steady client and tenant referral networks.
3. Property Operations & Community Experience
Maintain an inviting, clean, and cozy environment for therapists, clients, and visitors (including waiting room management and maintaining office supplies/amenities).
Identify and execute creative solutions for operational logistics, such as local parking management and tenant perks.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and professional atmosphere among all collective members.
Oversee ongoing tenant leases, rent collection coordination, and recurring vendor service contracts.
4. Optional Growth & Expanded Responsibilities (Based on candidate interest and business needs)
Therapy Administration: Assist with incoming client inquiries, intake scheduling, and communication systems.
Internship Coordination: Assist with the administrative setup and oversight of clinic internship programs.
Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with tracking property expenses, invoicing, and routine account entries.
Qualifications & Requirements
Local Presence: Located in the Denver Metropolitan area with reliable transportation for consistent on-site presence at the Uptown location.
Skills & Experience: Experience or strong interest in project coordination, social media marketing, local outreach, or property/office coordination.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and basic digital organization tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; warm, approachable demeanor.
Problem-Solving Ability: Highly resourceful and adaptable, with a strong ability to independently troubleshoot operational or scheduling challenges.
Alignment with Values: Demonstrated interest or passion for mental health, holistic wellness, and community-centered spaces.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Work Location: On-site at 1127 E. 16th Ave, Denver, CO.
Physical Demands: Ability to move around a two-story historic property, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs (for office setup, signage, or supplies), and travel locally for outreach efforts within the Denver area.
