We will process and relieve the heaviness of your past experiences; we will unravel outdated beliefs to redirect them towards your current goals; we will build compassionate support within yourself and your relationships; and, we will develop a strong connection with your genuine self. Finding a therapist can be vulnerable and confusing. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate that space.
